Arrival to Saint-Petersburg.

Meeting at the airport or railway station.

Excursion  around St.Petersburg center on a bus (City sightseeing tour): you will see the Peter and Paul Fortress – the first fortification on the Neva River banks, which was a prison in tsarist time. In the centre of itthere is a Cathedral, where members of the imperial family and their relatives were buried beginning from Peter the Great.

The Spit of St. Basil’s Island: Navy museum, Rostral columns, Academy of Sciences, Kunstcamer – the museum of Curiosities, created  by Peter 1, State University, Menshikov Palace – belonged to  the first general governor of St. Petersburg, close friend of Peter the Great, the Academy of Fine Arts.

Palace Square in the centre of which there is Alexander’s column,  the Hermitage museum, one of its building is the Winter Palace,  Arch of the General Staff.

Also, you will see the Admiralty, Decembrists’ Square, in the middle of it there is a monument to Peter the Great the Bronze Horseman, St.Isaac’s Cathedral.

Now we are in the main street of the city Nevsky prospect, the Cathedral of Our Mother of Kazan, Cathedral on the Spilled Blood, cruiser Aurora, the Summer Garden the first regular Park of St. Petersburg, founded by Peter I.  Summer Palace of Peter the 1, Smolny Cathedral and Smolny Institute, Russia's first educational establishment for women, where now is located the city government.

We will see the rivers, canals and draw bridges of our city. 

Visit Aurora Cruiser. The legendary protected cruiser "Aurora" was laid down in Saint-Petersburg in 1897. She took part in the Battle of Tsushima and in the battles of the World War I, but today she is most famous for the role she played in the October Revolution.

Transfer to the hotel.

Lunch.

Country bus excursion to the Petergof with visiting the Peterhof Grand Palace, The Marly Palace, The Mon Plaisir Palace and walk in the Fountains Park (only summer). Peterhof, rightfully called "Russian Versailles" was the main summer residence of Tsars.  You will see the Grand Palace built in Baroque style and so famous Park ensemble with its 150 fountains decorated with splendid gilded statues, as well as the amazing “play of water” which will surprise you during your promenade.

Transfer to the hotel.

Breakfast.

Visit State Hermitage Museum (Winter Palace). Hermitage is the biggest and the most important museum in Russia. The State Hermitage is a home of more than 3 million masterpieces. There are the collections sculptures and pictorial art, crystals and porcelain, carpets and jewelry, weapon coins... 

It is world famous for its collections of Italian, Flemish, French and Spanish art, paintings of Leonardo da Vinci, Raphael, Rembrandt, French Impressionists – Gauguin, Matisse, Picasso...

Lunch.

Visit The Summer Residences in Pushkin (Tsarskoye Selo): The Catherine Palace and Amber Room. Catherine's Palace, one of the most beautiful residences of Russian Tsars is world famous for its Amber room that is fully covered with Baltic Amber. 

The beautiful architecture of the palace finds its reflection in the neighboring park, where you can walk along the birches and firs, lakes and ponds, streams, bridges, sculptures, pavilions...

Transfer to the hotel.

3 day

Breakfast.

Visit the St. Isaac’s Cathedral with rising to the top colonnade. St. Isaac's Cathedral was originally the city's main church and the largest cathedral in Russia. It was built to be one of the most impressive landmarks of the Russian Imperial capital. 

One hundred and eighty years later the gilded dome of St. Isaac's still dominates the skyline of St. Petersburg. You can climb up to the top of the drum colonnade by the winding stairs and enjoy a panoramic view of St. Petersburg from the height of 43 meters.

Lunch.

Visit the Cathedral of Our Mother of Kazan. Kazan Cathedral is one of the largest cathedrals in Saint-Petersburg. It was built in 1801-1811 by the architect Andrey Voronikhin by order of Emperor Paul I who wanted the cathedral to resemble St. Peter's Basilica in Vatican City. 

Transfer to the railway station or the airport.
